Service Description

Introduction to Weightlifting for Youth ages 10-17: Help your child reach the next level this summer by increasing their strength, power, speed and agility with twice-weekly weightlifting and conditioning classes. Beginners will build a safe foundation of the basic lifts such as squats, cleans, deadlifts, presses and pulls. Intermediate lifters will have their forms refined and polished for future growth without injury. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30-3:30 pm. Choose Session #1 or Session #2, or reserve your spot in both! Session #1 runs May 26 - June 25 // Session # 2 runs July 7 - August 6
